The Inn at the Lanes Restaurant and Bar offers contemporary yet relaxed dining. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everyday dining or something extra for life's special occasions.
Inspired by head chef, Vince Williams, the restaurant features a comprehensive menu combining fresh seasonal produce with a Welsh twist. Dishes change regularly to make the most of local availability. With its own herb and salad garden, the Lanes ensures freshness is of paramount importance. Vince says "I seem to have a natural ability to understand how foods will work together, how the tastes will blend and how to turn simplicity into elegance."
At lunchtime, our lite-bites menu offers something for everyone, while a more extensive menu is available in the evening.
Often available on the menu are dishes like lightly spiced crusted monkfish with braised fennel and a cucumber lime vinaigrette or Moroccan spiced rump of lamb with artichoke and asparagus salad with mint yogurt.
The hotel and restaurant has been awarded the AA Red Rosette for quality food every year since 1994.

We are taking orders for Christmas and New Year Parties 2012. It's never too early to book; we took some repeat bookings directly after this season's parties!
